One upgrade that almost every enthusiast wants to bestow upon their hot rod, are larger-width tires. They not only improve the car’s appearance, they also help with handling. Unfortunately, space is limited under many cars, which also limits tire sizes. But CPP has a simple solution for those enthusiasts with 1967 through 1981 Camaros and 1962 through 1972 Novas.

Check out these Narrow Leaf Spring Upgrade Kits. The folks at CPP tell us these kits allow for the absolute largest wheel and tire to be slid underneath the wheelwell, without relocating the leaf spring’s front and rear hangers inboard. What’s more, there is no cutting or welding required to the frame rails.
The kits are currently available for first- and second-gen Camaros, and '62 through '72 Novas.
The kits include a custom, narrowed axle-bracket that is designed to perfectly match the narrowed leaf spring. These kits afford you and additional 1/2-inch of tire clearance per side.
