Panel saws are great for cuts that span long lengths of plywood or OSB. This one pretty much does the job by itself.

This hybrid tool is operated by positioning the track along a length of plywood then defining the settings for blade RPM and cutting depth. This saw can cut lengths of 10 feet and plywood up to 1.77-inches thick. This video from Core77, which caught the thing in action at a German tool tradeshow, shows how this thing just goes.
This tool is very similar to a track saw which requires a user to push the saw through the wood and along a "track". A circular saw can also be used with a fence but that technique is not as accurate.
Panel saws are typically vertical and the saw runs along rails in an XY axis. These are often seen at Home Depot or Lowe's where the associates will use them to cut your plywood on request.
