Delivery Policy

• How much is the Delivery Charge for Orders?

Inside Dhaka Our Delivery Charge is minimum 60 Taka, for ordered products weight summing up to 2 K.G.’s. After that, the delivery charge may increase depending on products weight.

We also offer free delivery if any customer picks up his/her order from our warehouse/showroom located at, 103 (Commissioner Villa) North Mugda Para, Mugda, Dhaka-1214.

Outside Dhaka Our Delivery Charge is minimum 160 Taka, for ordered products weight summing up to 2 K.G.’s. After that, the delivery charge may increase depending on products weight.

• How many days will it take to deliver the products?

Minimum 2 to Maximum 5 days after confirming the order.

• How to Place / Cancel Orders?

Customers can order or cancel through the website, Facebook page or the hotline number, +88016 0216 6630. After receiving the order, customer care department will inform the customer and delivery department after verifying the entire process. The delivery department will prepare the delivery schedule and then send it to the packaging department. Then when the scheduled time comes, the delivery man will transport the product to the customer. They will inform the customer about the delivery through phone or SMS before departure.
